She’s got the energy of 10 yoginis and loves a big old mess of deep-fried, beer-battered fish and chips. Meet Trish Stratus, one-time WWE Hardcore Champion and seven-time WWE Women’s Champion – a woman not only capable of anything, but achieving it. She bubbles with a vivacious energy and drive that makes it look easy. But g o ahead: try to do a tenth of what she does in a day.

The 5’4” powerhouse got into yoga after a career in wrestling left her with a herniated disc in 2005. She was looking for relief.

It’s fair to say she found what she was looking for, and more. In 2008, she founded Stratusphere, her yoga studio located in Vaughan, Ontario.
